CO-Contributing to a sustainable world
Together we can achieve anything
What is happening?
The Earth Care Collective (ECC) has opened a bank account for the Earth, to accumulate funds in the name of creating large scale environmental change. Through buying land, funding major sustainable community projects and working alongside heavy weight global change makers. ECC seeks to transform the worlds wastelands into sustainable eco cities and communities.
How is it happening?
Operating around a dynamic governance system based on Sociocratic principles of Transparency, Equality and Efficiency.
Donated funds will never actually be spent. Instead, they will accumulate in a long term savings account gaining interest. The interest alone will be invested in purchasing property and building sustainable communities.

If everyone on earth donated $1
we would have 7.8 billion dollars accumulating interest.
$7.8 billion earning 1% interest accumulates
$78 million per year.
Now that's some capability for change
Unique aspects of this fund include:
The ECC celebrates the value of every individual on earth. Everyone possesses strengths and skills, only when we put those skills together can we achieve epic creation and change. The Earth Fund encourages everyone to use their voice. ECC does not have all the answers. Like life, there is no destination, it's all journey. This endeavour will forever be a work in progress and we need all the help we can get.
We have compiled a list of questions we are working on answering as a collective, detailing how we are going to manage such an epic undertaking. We encourage you to ask every question that pops into your head and implore you to share any input you have in answering the ones that are already there.
The primary objective of the Earth Fund is to take all the lessons of humanities collective history, and build a bridge into an environmentally sustainable and equitable future for everyone.
Earth Fund is a collaboration creating humanities inheritance, a fund for our children and our children's children.
With your donation, ECC will buy back land in the name of the Earth and reinstate humans as custodians of our most precious resources.
The Plan:
We have set an initial target of 10 million dollars to get the ball rolling. By investing in eco endeavours such as renewable energy and eco technologies the Earth Fund will be supporting sustainability while it grows.
Renewable energy investments have been skyrocketing. According to Atholia, Flannigan and Lai from the Economic Analysis Department at the Reserve Bank of Australia (2020), "Renewable energy investment has increased significantly in Australia in recent years." While this spike has started to moderate with the world jumping on board, the global transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources to expected to continue until 100% of global energy is sustainable.
This following graph demonstrates the transition from non-renewable fuels to renewable resources:
- Full transparency, allowing public access to all financial records associated with the fund. Everyone can track where every dollar is being spent.
- Global inclusive equality, everyone has a voice and we want to hear them all. Every donation comes with a say in where the interest is being spent.

An investment of $10 million into sustainable solutions earning the minimum 5% interest equates to $500,000 per year. Once we reach that initial goal ECC will buy land, equipment and services in creating an initial sustainable epicentre where we put all our ideas to the test and figure out what works and what needs work while the fund continues to grow.
Transparency and Equality:
The Earth Care Collective is committed to running a 100% transparent, no bullshit campaign. The only way this plan will work is if everyone involved has complete faith in the system and processes, therefore, full access to all financial and policy decisions. The ECC not only represents full transparency but we also stand for equality in every sense of the word. Every donation, contribution, membership and sponsorship entitles you to a voice on how the funds will be managed and spent. To succeed we need everyone involved to believe in our purest collective intentions and everyone to have a say in how we go about transforming those intentions into actions.
